Sami Hatch is a talented tattoo artist based in Logan, Utah, known for her expertise in blackwork and neotraditional styles. She specializes in custom designs, believing that every individual has a unique vision that deserves to be brought to life. Her personal artwork reflects styles in surrealism and neotraditional, but she embraces and accepts every tattoo style. You can schedule with Sami via instagram @inkbysam_e or ask for her at the shop.

$80 Deposit | $120/Hour | $100 Minimum

SHOP BOOKING POLICIES AND INFORMATION

-Deposits are NOT refundable  (For any reason)

-Your are responsible for attending your appointment. Your artists is not required to remind you of your appointment date
-Reschedules require a minimum of 3-5 days notice or you will be required to pay a $100 cancellation fee, or a fee equal to deposit amount, before being rescheduled.
-If you encounter an emergency and cannot make you appointment please contact me ASAP. I understand we're all human. shit happens

-If you require a touch up please contact me between 1-3 months after your tattoo. Touch-up / Fix-up work after  1 year+ time will be considered a rework and charged at the current standard rate.

-Deposits pay for drawing time and reserving your appointment. Tattoos that take less than one hour draw/prep time may be applied towards the final cost but is not guaranteed

-If your tattoo is not cared for properly you may be charged for any rework

-Deposits will be held for 6 months time or until the end of the year; whichever is longer. If appointment is not made within said time you may be required to pay an additional scheduling fee.

-If the tattoo design is changed between consultation and appointment you may be charged a second deposit for the second design 

-Any gift cards purchased from me or Surreal Ink expire after one years time

-All sales for products and services are final. No refunds
